The emphasis of the design of the Motorcentral software package has
been placed on rapid data entry and retrieval. This minimises
administration time and allows dealer’s to get back to the basics
and sell more vehicles.
The package allows for easy integration into an existing dealers’
website, and permits real-time updating of an online vehicle stock
list at the click of a button. The facility for up to three images
of any vehicle, vastly improves any potential vehicle buyer’s
current Internet experience.
Reporting features allow dealers to instantly obtain up-to-date
vehicle stock lists, sales reports (both by salespeople and
individual vehicles) as well as create templated window cards.
An extensive reconditioning component allows complete control over
individual vehicles expenses. The user can identify instantaneously
how much a vehicle ‘owes’ the dealership and therefore negotiate
with a potential buyer ‘on the spot’.
